The Tree Stools acts as a digital platform facilitating interaction between independent creators and patrons.

The Tree Stools does not create, produce, endorse, supervise, or control creator-generated content, external links, livestreams, opinions, products, or services shared by creators.

Creators are solely responsible for all content, communications, and external websites linked through their profiles.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use creator monetisation features on the platform.

By using The Tree Stools, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• all information you provide is accurate;
• you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Creators are independently responsible for:

• the content they publish;
• any external links they share;
• compliance with local, national, and international laws;
• tax obligations arising from earnings;
• ensuring their content is appropriately labelled where required.

Creators must not upload, promote, link to, or distribute:

• illegal content;
• exploitative or abusive material;
• non-consensual sexual content;
• content involving minors;
• violent extremist material;
• fraudulent schemes;
• malicious software or phishing links;
• copyright-infringing content;
• hate speech or unlawful harassment.

The Tree Stools reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where content or conduct is considered unlawful, harmful, misleading, or damaging to the platform or its users.

Creator profiles may contain links to external websites or third-party platforms.

The Tree Stools does not control or monitor third-party websites and is not responsible for:

• external content;
• purchases made off-platform;
• subscriptions on third-party services;
• security practices of external sites;
• adult or age-restricted material hosted elsewhere.

Users access external links at their own discretion and risk.

The Tree Stools is not an adult-content platform.

Creators may not use profile imagery, usernames, banners, or public-facing areas of the platform to display explicit pornographic content.

Where creators link to external age-restricted platforms or material, they are solely responsible for:

• ensuring legal compliance;
• age verification obligations;
• proper content warnings;
• compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

The Tree Stools reserves the right to restrict or remove accounts that may expose the platform to legal, reputational, payment-processing, or regulatory risk.

The platform allows patrons to voluntarily support creators through tipping features such as:

• 1 Pint
• 3 Pints
• A Round (10 Pints)

These payments are voluntary support payments and do not guarantee goods, services, or outcomes unless explicitly stated by the creator.

The Tree Stools may retain a platform commission and payment-processing fees from transactions.

Payment processing services are provided by third-party providers such as Stripe.

The Tree Stools is not responsible for disputes relating to off-platform agreements between creators and patrons.

The Tree Stools reserves the right to:

• suspend accounts;
• remove content;
• investigate reports;
• restrict features;
• terminate platform access

where necessary to:

• comply with law;
• protect users;
• maintain platform integrity;
• reduce fraud or abuse;
• address safety concerns.

We may act with or without prior notice.

Users may report:

• illegal content;
• abusive behaviour;
• impersonation;
• copyright infringement;
• harmful conduct;
• suspicious external links

through the platform reporting system or official contact channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tree Stools shall not be liable for:

• creator conduct;
• third-party websites;
• external transactions;
• loss of revenue;
• indirect damages;
• user-generated content;
• interruptions or platform downtime.

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload.

By using the platform, users grant The Tree Stools a limited licence to display and distribute submitted content for the operation and promotion of the platform.

Users must not upload content they do not have rights to use.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that payment processing and authentication services may be handled by trusted third-party providers.

The Tree Stools may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
